Job description

The eligible candidate will directly report to Dealer Performances Manager

His/her esponsibilities are:

• to manage global network workflow processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency (also for audit purposes) and dispatching on a timely basis
• to support legal and network departments in the preparation and extension of network appointment contracts
• to provide support in increasing dealer performance, though the collection and analysis of dealers result

Main activities

MODISCS+ Management

• Workflow Management for Dealers Appointment, Update and Termination
• To check and validate the consistency of the requests submitted by the Markets along the entire workflow, adding documentation or additional information where necessary
• To check correct dealers hierarchy (first and second levels) and business flows between entities (Maserati Subsidiaries and dealers)
• To support the Markets in a timely manner along the whole process, liaising with IT Department

Dealer Intelligence Integration

• To verify consistency between workflow and Dealer Intelligence
• To update “opening” and “closing” status in Dealer Intelligence
• To monitor and update dealer profile (3S, Showroom only, Service only, Bodyshop, or Certified Pre-Owned)
• To check accuracy of Human Resources recorded in Dealer Intelligence and liaise with Markets and Sales Training Department for periodical update

Dealer Census Update

• To update dealer list, cooperating with regional Network Development Managers
• To dispatch the reports to all relevant Business Departments

FCA SoX Audit

• To verify dealers data anomalies and inconsistencies among Maserati internal systems (MODIS Workflow, BAAN, SAP and AS400) – Dealer Master Data Discrepancy file
• To track corrective actions and file supporting documentation
• Dealership and Import agreements, Letters Of Intent and Trial Agreements
• Preparation and customization of appointment agreements, liaising with Legal, Finance and regional Network Development departments
• Track of agreements status (expirations and extensions) and responsible for documents storage
• Dealer Balanced Score Card Reporting Management
