For a very important Motor Company, we are looking for a

Sales Finance Specialist

Main responsabilities:

 Sales Finance budget spending definition and monitoring
 Support the Sales Dept. in the Financial Campaigns definition; monitoring, supporting Sales targets and Dealer marginality as well as analysis of their progress and target achievement
 Focus on Financial CRM through the implementation and management of the TCM Renewal Process (which is aimed to re-sell the car and to retain the Customer) and the building of a unique integrated CRM System between OEM and Financial Provider
 Sales Finance KPIs monitoring
 Support the Sales Finance Manager in the creation of New Financial Products and Services with the objective to implement a TCO approach into the Dealer Network
 Reporting as required by the team and/or the Department (i.e. retail finance performance report, retail finance forecasting,commercial official report, incentive spending report, etc)
 Support the Dealership in relation to financial incentives and promotions
 Negotiations with Financial Insurance Providers with the objective of put in place actions in line with the strategy and to support the Customer Loyalty growth.

Economics/Business Management degree

Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role or in product marketing (automotive) or marketing in finance or banking.
